• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is defective).

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days for a free replacement.
